Hi I'm Ben

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a farm, but now find myself living the big city life. I have a passion for agriculture. I love sports; especially college football! I'm a husband and a father and I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Mormon faith. I am a Mormon because it makes me happy! Because of my faith I understand my relationship with God. I know that I am a child of God and that he loves me just like I love my own children. Because of my faith I understand that my life here on Earth is part of His plan for me to experience the greatest happiness possible now and forever. Because of my faith I understand that having a family is also a part of His plan. My family is the driving force that motivates me to be successful in my career and every other endeavor I have in this life. I love my family!

How I live my faith

In addition to taking my family to church every Sunday, I am also a Boy Scout leader in my ward where I attend church. Each week we meet with our scouts and teach them life skills that will help them make positive contributions to their community as they grow up. They can be a rambunctious group, but they are really good kids and a lot of fun. One of my favorite parts of scouting is taking the boys on camp outs. It is really fun to help them learn outdoor survival skills. There is something about getting out of the city and into the mountains for a weekend that is just really good for the soul.
