Hi I'm Toni Najarro

I'm a local Californian. I love to make art. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to make art, play piano, snowboard, listen to music and play video games. Right now I'm a missionary serving in Southern Guatemala and I love every day of it. When I go to college after my mission, I want to study and major in Game Design. I love sharing my art with others on the internet and in my community, and serving others. One of my favorite passtimes where there's nothing else is to read, especially something uplifiting to brighten my day.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Days Saints and have never looked back or spent a second reconsidering my faith. The reason I am a Mormon is because I rejoice in my Savior's great Atoning Sacrifice and the Plan of Happiness. I feel and acknowledge the love of my Heavenly Father day by day as I go and do the things which he has commanded of us. I do these things because there is no other source of pure joy and gladness on this earth; you could not find anything anywhere else comparable to the good news the Gospel brings. This is the only way I know how to live and if I did not have the savior in my life I know that my life would be full of chaos, confusion and misery. I do not like to feel that way.

How I live my faith

I am now a Missionary serving in Southern Guatemala and I live my faith by sharing it with others. I now see a need to get up every morning and help somebody by doing a small favor, that can help that person in need, but to also share a message about how Jesus Christ lived out his life in service.

What is faith?

Toni Najarro
To me, faith is what makes anything possible. The Wright Brothers couldn't create anything that would fly unless they acted in faith by trying over and over again before they had their first successful flight. But faith is also the belief in things which are not seen. For example, what would a blind person know what a cloud is if he's never seen one because he can't see? It doesn't mean that clouds don't exist, and it doesn't mean that things invisible to the eye aren't real either. It takes strong faith to believe, even when times are hard, to believe that there is a God who watches over us, who knows us and who cares about us personally, even when it seems that the whole world around us is falling apart. There are also many stories in the Bible that shows several people demonstrated their faith. Show more Show less
