Hi I'm Todd

I put cucumber ranch on my ramen noodles. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Southeast Texas, in a town that has about 2000 people and 4000 cows. I finished school with a degree in English and now I'm a videographer for legal depositions in Atlanta. I love to read and write, and sometimes I am saddened when I finish an epic series (post-Potter depression) but I really believe the greatest story is the one we write each day of our lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate to learn early on in my high school years what makes a person truly happy, and that is living selflessly. The more we focus on ourselves, the more we will never be satisfied with what life has to offer. The Gospel of Jesus Christ teaches us to follow the example of our Savior in selfless living, and it even provides simple ways to facilitate that discipleship, like reading the Book of Mormon. I know who I am and what I am here for, even if things aren't going so swell in the world around me. Circumstance cannot take this happiness away from me anymore.

How I live my faith

Despite human tendencies to focus on ourselves, I really strive to live my life for others. I'm not perfect at this yet, but I am always trying to remember that with every little sacrifice I make for others, I can look back on the day as one of success.
