Hi I'm Tim

I'm from Utah. I served a mission in Guatemala. Have a beautiful wife who is expecting our first child.

About Me

I have lived in Utah most of my life. After high school I served an LDS mission in Guatemala. After my mission I went to college and attended law school in California. I now work as an attorney in Utah. I've been married since 2008. My wife and I have a beautiful daughter. I love sports. I really enjoy playing tennis, basketball and softball. I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my wife and daughter.

Why I am a Mormon

My great-grandfather joined the church when he was a young man in Sweden. After joining the church he came to the United States, and settled in Utah where he married and started his family raising them in the Church. Although I was born into the Church, I have developed a strong conviction that this is Christ's church restored here on this earth. This conviction or testimony came to me after studying the Book of Mormon, and by praying and asking God whether it is true. In my heart, I have received confirmation that it is, through the Spirit of God. Being a member of the Church and living the principles of Christ's Gospel have blessed me and my family so much. I know that Christ has called a prophet and apostles for our day, and speaks through them in order to bless our lives. The knowledge I've obtained from the teachings of Christ and His Church have given me peace in my life and and great happiness. I know I have a Heavenly Father who loves me. I know families can be together forever. And I know that Jesus is our Savior, who lovingly sacrificed His life for us. I know that through Jesus Christ and obedience to His Gospel, I can return with my family and live in Heaven with Him.

How I live my faith

As a member of the Church, I do my best to study the scriptures, say my prayers, remember Christ and to keep his commandments. I attend Church each Sunday for my meetings. I've been a missionary in the past, and served in other capacities such as a sunday school teacher, ward missionary, and primary teacher. I've found that service to others is the best way to live my faith and bless others.
