Hi I'm Jordan

I grew up in Utah. I am a mother of two, almost three, and a wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is a first year ophthalmology resident at UTHSCSA. I am also a mother to two beautiful babies. I have a three year old daughter and a 16 month son. I am also expecting our third child in August. I love to be outside with my kids, go shopping, read, cook and just be with my family. We have lived in Pennsylvania while my husband went to medical school and enjoy moving to new places and meeting new people.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my whole life. I love that the gospel brings me so many blessings and opportunities to serve others. I love knowing that no matter what happens in my life I am a daughter of God and that he loves me. I also love having a support system no matter where we move to. We have been a lot of places and in the church you find friends and support groups quickly. I love teaching my kids how to pray and I love singing them the Primary songs. I know that this is the true church on the earth and that it is lead by a prophet of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that it teaches us about the life of prophets on the Americas. It also teaches of the love that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have for us. I am so proud to be a Mormon and I am so grateful I was taught these truths from birth.

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary in my ward. That means I help the young missionaries of the church find those that are looking for the truth. I also believe that more than anything I have been called to just be a friend to those around me. It has given me the opportunity to get to know and help my neighbors. I have also served with the young girls to help them develop homemaking skills. I have also been a cub scout leader. I also live my faith by just trying to be a good example to those that come to know me.
