Hi I'm Milt

I'm a native Californian and tax accountant who loves photography, sports, and a good joke. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband, a dad, and a wanna-be sports photographer. I love my work as a tax accountant, but on a few Saturdays each year I pull out the camera and long lens and pretend that I am on assignment for Sports Illustrated. I take a ton of pictures of my kids playing sports, and every once in a while I'm lucky, and end up with a great photo.

Why I am a Mormon

I was not raised Mormon. I played high school sports, but I preferred to hang out with the kids that didn't drink, smoke, or do drugs. They were fun to be around, and they had high standards. I wanted that for my life. I became converted to the Mormon church my junior year of high school, and I haven't looked back. It was the best decision of my life.

How I live my faith

My faith impacts every aspect of my life. I look at the world through the lens of faith. I was able to serve a church two-year mission to South America. Since the church does not have professional ministers, the church members themselves conduct the Sunday meetings and weekday activities. From my church assignments, I have learned people skills, public speaking skills, and grown spiritually. My faith helps me in every aspect of my life.
