Hi I'm Kevin

I grew up in Southern California. I am a comedic actor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the seventh out of eight children. I have come to love stage acting but have been out of practice since graduating high school. I specialize in improvisational acting and comedies. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to do calligraphy. I love 70's soft rock and any classical music using the cello. My little brother got me into long-boarding, which we do a few times a week. I am applying for college to major in Theater Art Studies.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family of faithful members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. My parents taught me to show love towards my brothers and sisters and to be a devoted friend. My father always shows my mother how much he loves her every day. His example has helped me to learn to show high respect towards women, to protect my sisters and to love my mother. I choose to carry on in the faith because of my sure knowledge that Jesus Christ suffered and died for my sins. The night before His crucifixion, in the Garden of Gethsemane, He took upon Himself all of my sins, pains, sorrows, doubts, feelings of loneliness and heartache so that I could repent and come unto God. My Father in Heaven loves me and helps me to make it through each day, with a conviction of my duty to Him, my Savior, my family and myself. Pure and untainted happiness can only come through following Christ and holding true to my values.

How I live my faith

For over a year now, I have served the Young Single Adults in my area of the Church. Along with the help of other leaders, I plan weekly activities that bring them closer together in friendships and in spirituality. Each month, the Church distributes a magazine titled the "Ensign", which contains messages from living prophets and apostles of Jesus Christ in our day and age. With a fellow member of the Church, I read and study the messages found in this magazine and teach several families that we have been called to teach the Gospel to. Through each of these callings to serve, I have learned to love and care for those I am responsible for. I come closer to the Savior Jesus Christ through serving my brothers and sisters, whether they are members of the Church or not. Most weeks, particularly on Thursday nights, I go out and teach investigators of the Church with the full-time missionaries. Through all of these opportunities that I am given, each one has taught me that the greatest satisfaction in life will always come from charity.
