Hi I'm Daniel T. Armstrong

I love studying Psychology, playing sports, hanging with friends, dancing, singing, cooking, and I love my family. I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hello my name is Daniel. I've been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints my whole life. I love football, baseball, ping pong, piano, music, school, and most importantly my Family and Friends. I'm so thankful for what this gospel has done for me! I go to Brigham Young University Idaho and love it dearly. Currently working to get my Bachelors in Psychology, and then go on to graduate school. I'm a Mormon...

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because "Mormonism embraces all truth" -Brigham Young. I hold that statement deep in my heart. That statement means that this Gospel accepts anything in this world that is true. The way we know whether something is true or not is be asking God our Eternal Father. "Ask and ye shall receive, Knock and it shall be opened unto you". Another reason I'm a "Mormon" is because of the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is truly another testament of Jesus Christ...It is like what Joseph Smith said, " The Book of Mormon is the most correct of any other book in this world". I'm also a Mormon because we have a Prophet and Apostles whom through, Christ works. I'm also a Mormon because The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints holds the Priesthood of God which was restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith. It was restored by John the Baptist and then later; Peter, James, and John. I am so thankful for the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit testifies of Truth and he has surely testified that these things are true to my heart and soul.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by following the commandments. If I make a mistake then I learn from it and fix it. I do my best to share with others the things that are precious to me. I look for moments where I can share what I feel in my heart with those around me. I'm a child of God. Everybody who lives on this earth and who has ever lived and who will ever live, are begotten sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father. Knowing that makes life worth living. I live my Faith by doing my best to fallow it.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Daniel T. Armstrong
A testimony is anything you believe to be true. If you believe that the Holy Bible is the word of God, then you have a testimony of those records. For instance, I have a testimony that praying everyday will draw you nearer to God. Therefore I believe that to be true. . . Show more Show less
