Hi I'm Susannah

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college graduate, have traveled and lived around the world, love my family, reading, crafting, learning new things, and spending time with friends. I got married April 2010, and now I love being a wife! My husband and I grown a lot in the past year after moving cities, he needing shoulder surgery and starting a graduate program, me starting a home business, and the loss of our first child, Eleanor. I am now pregnant with our 2nd child, a boy, and my husband is thoroughly enjoying his classes and work! We are so blessed, and find ourselves growing more in love each day as we learn to rely on each other, the Lord, and our faith to see us through the dark times in life.

Why I am a Mormon

I consider myself an educated, logical person. A lot of people don't think religion and science can coexist, but everything about the gospel makes sense to me. Every question I've ever had can be answered, in a spiritual and logical way. It feeds me spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and personally in every way. It just makes sense!

How I live my faith

Serving others is so important to me. I work from home, and have a flexible schedule to help anyone who needs it. I consider myself a professional volunteer, and the church gives me so many opportunities to give back. I am kept busy with many volunteer opportunities from callings, teaching with missionaries, and people I meet who could use a hand, and the help is always paid back to me in one way or another. If serving others was so important to Jesus Christ, I am happy to do it any way possible, too. If we could all just be a little nicer to each other and show more Christ-like love, the world would be a much better place.
