Hi I'm Morgan

I'm a hipster. I think beards are awesome. Hablo Español. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a hipster. I not only admit that, but say it with pride. Along with that I love everything that comes with it, fixies, indie music, not wearing big name brands, etc. I have a soft spot in my heart for long boarding and anything that can be done in the mountains.

Why I am a Mormon

I didn't really know what being a Mormon meant until recently. Just like many young people, I was baptized at the age of eight, but had a very little concept of what I was really doing. It wasn't until I was 18 that I really started to realize what being a Mormon is all about; living the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As I figured this out and realized that I couldn't find true happiness anywhere else I gave up all of my old ways and truly had a change of heart. Now days I love to tell people all about why I am a Mormon, because it makes me happy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by constantly striving to be better, whether in my personal and family life, or at work. The Gospel of Jesus Christ's main focus is on helping us to take challenges and make mistakes, recognize them, learn, and move on. Every day I try to be better than the last, sometimes I succeed and sometimes I don't, either way as long as I am working on it, I know that the Lord is happy with me.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is hard, but great. Living with the knowledge that one's path is acceptable to God brings such happiness. Living the "Mormon life" may seem strict to some, but living rules such as the Word of Wisdom truly brings happiness and blessings. It is not easy to always live a lifestyle like we do in today's world, but you can really see the difference it makes. Show more Show less
