Hi I'm Scott

I'm a husband and a father, I am a Rendering Artist, I am a Landscape Architect, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I studied landscape architecture. I work as a rendering artist for an architectural rendering/animation company. I love to sing and enjoy participating in live theatre and choirs. My favorite activity is spending time with my wife and children. I enjoy camping, hiking, gardening, playing board and card games and creating with Legos.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I know that God is my Heavenly Father and that Jesus Christ is my Savior. I have seen many evidences of His hand in my life: I have been a recipient of the Savior's healing power; I have been guided to my wonderful wife; all of my daughters' births were miracles; and as I strive to follow His gospel, I have been led to be in certain places at certain times to bless the lives of others. The Holy Spirit has confirmed to me that families can be together forever. Deep in my heart I know this is true. It is what a loving Father in Heaven wants for His children. I know that the only way that families can be together forever is to be sealed by the priesthood of God in His holy temples. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only church with the priesthood authority and the fullness of the gospel on the earth. All this knowledge gives me hope for eternal life with my dear wife and other family members. I love my Savior and know that He has restored His Church upon the earth so that all of us can return to our Heavenly Father as families.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by using my talents to bless other people's lives. I support the scouting program in my community to help the young boys become men with strong moral values. I have participated in various church choirs for most of my life to sing praises to God and help people feel the Holy Spirit. I also visit with several families and individuals in my neighborhood on a regular basis to encourage them in living the gospel and to be a support system and friend for them in times of need. I try to follow the Savior's example in loving my neighbors.
