Hi I'm Nicole

I'm a Mormon and I love to dance.

About Me

I grew up in the Midwest and come from a family of six children. I married my childhood sweetheart and we have two beautiful children and one on the way. I studied dance, humanities and health science in college but my real love is dance. I love to dance in the kitchen with my kids and I love to teach dance to anyone who wants to learn. I also love to read and write and discover new talents I never knew I had. There's no better feeling than creating something and knowing, "I just did that!"

Why I am a Mormon

Living the gospel of Jesus Christ makes me happier than I could ever imagine. We all want to be happy and to have purpose in our lives and because of what I've learned from the scriptures and our living prophet, I know that I am a child of God, that He loves me, and that life does not begin or end with this one. Living the principles of the gospel make sense to me and fills my heart with joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to serve whenever I can. I do this because I know that I am serving God. Whether it's watching my neighbors children, volunteering at a local highschool or simply listening to someone who has had a hard day, I am the happiest when I can serve. I am also in charge of over 70 children ages 18 months-11 years old in our local congregation. Along with their respective teachers, I teach them about Jesus Christ through interactive lessons, the scriptures and music. I spend many hours pondering how I can help these children become the person that their Father in Heaven wants them to be and making goals to do just that. The part I enjoy most about this responsibility is getting to know the children whom I serve. As I serve them I can feel Heavenly Fathers love for them.
