Hi I'm Tyler

I love the Outdoors, I wear "Holy" hats, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

Im from Colorado and the oldest of 4 kids. I love to hunt, especially with my bow. I also enjoy fishing, trucks, guns, and all kinds of sports.

Why I am a Mormon

Theres several reasons why I am a Mormon today, But the main three I would say are Number 1 The answer i received from the Holy Spirit about the truthfulness of this church, Number 2 The claim to Priesthood authority that this church has, and Number 3 The fact that the doctrines of this church are the most true and consistent with the doctrines found in the bible. For example if God loves all his children, why would he only reveal his gospel to the people of Jerusalem? We know that god reveals his gospel to all people, and that he commanded all people to write it. One example of this is the Book of Mormon, another testament of Jesus Christ. I personally have read and the Book of Mormon and prayed to know the truth for myself.

How I live my faith

I do my best every day to follow the teachings of Christ, To search the scriptures, and to help those that stand in need of help. Currently i am serving as a missionary for the church in Houston Texas, and enjoying every minute of it.

What do Mormons believe about "eternal life?"

Tyler
We believe that we can return to live in God's presence again in a state of never ending happiness. But, we believe that we must qualify for that gift by our actions on this earth. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe concerning the doctrine of grace?

Tyler
We believe that it is fully by the grace of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. It has been repeated time and time again in the scriptures, and theres not a shadow of a doubt in our mind that it is by grace that we are saved. But we do believe that we must qualify for that grace, and the way that we do that is by doing good works. So in short, our works qualify us to receive the grace of Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
