Hi I'm Bruno

and I'm a Mormon !

About Me

I'm somone who loves nature. I love the lakes and the mountains. I also love traveling and meeting new people. I like to learn how to speak new languages and I'm interested in different cultures. I love sports, such as tennis. I like to spend time with my family and friends. I am currently living in Argentina. Most of my relatives live in the US, Germany and Italy.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day-Saints is the only right church upon the face of the earth. I am a convert to the church. I know Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that he translated the Book of Mormon by the power of God. I know that when we keep the Lord's commandaments, He is always with us. I am so blessed to be a member of the church. Our Heavenly Father is the only one who really knows us and He wants the best for us. As a Latter day-Saint I know Thomas S. Monson is our prophet and President of the church. I will never forget when I was baptized, it was the happiest day in my life. I felt clean and pure. I have met great people in the church. I love to spend time and talk to the full-time missionaries and visit the members. People at the church have always been friendly since the first day I knew them.

How I live my faith

I try to read the scriptures everyday and I always pray to my Heavenly Father. I know when we read the sriptures and meditate them we will feel closer to our Heavenly Father. I feel peace and I understand things more clearly when I read the scriptures. I like to share my testimony with people and tell them how the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ brings so many blessings to my life. I visit the less active members with the missionaries and share my testimony with them as well. I sometimes teach at the church. I go to the church every sunday because I know how important is to renew our convents. I think our biggest task as disciples of Jesus Christ is to share the Gospel with people. There are many people who don't know where to find the truth, I know as a member I can help them.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

As members of the church, we help all people. It doesn't matter if they are Latter day Saints. It doesn't matter their nationality or religiuous affiliation. We help all those who are in need because we know that when we help and and serve others, we are serving God. I have a testimony that when I help others, I can feel the Holy Ghost and its peace and understanding. Helping people is one of the characteristics of Mormons. There are people who need our help everywhere, that's why we try to help people as much as we can. Of course, we also help us as members of the church. I personally know that when I help someone, I am doing God's will. Show more Show less
