Hi I'm Kent,

And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm married and have 6 children (5 girls and 1 boy). I love to spend time with my family working around the house and traveling. I enjoy attending high school sports, especially high school football games! I also love the outdoors. My profession is food production and supply. I enjoy meeting and working with people.

Why I am a Mormon

Family is important to me, and the gospel of Jesus Christ teaches me how to strengthen family relationships. The church teaches me to rely on scripture reading and prayer to find answers to life's questions and challenges. The church also teaches me the importance of giving service. I have come to realize I'm happier when serving others. Above all, the church points me to Jesus Christ and how to partake of His redeeming power and love.

How I live my faith

I enjoy doing service for other people. Immediately after Hurricane Ike, our family along with a few other families combined forces and traveled around our neighborhoods cleaning up fallen trees and debris. Although we had no electricity for 13 days we made it through no worse for wear. In fact, as a result of the hurricane our family learned how to work a little better and that real happiness comes from serving our neighbors.
