Hi I'm Justice

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in southern california and had to move west at an early age due to the lack of work in construction in california. i grew up with a father that was a member of the church and a mother who was catholic. My mother converted at an early age, but soon after, my family became inactive in the church and so i rarely went to church when i was in my early teens. later in high school i became an active member and am now preparing for a mission. I am a drummer and i was even in my high school's drumline and competed in many events. I enjoy reading, wathcing cartoons, and listening to a variety of music.

Why I am a Mormon

As a young kid i didnt really know if the church was true, but i went with it because i participated in church activities with other kids my age, such as mutual or boy scouts. i first realized the church was true when i went to a camp for boy scouts with friends in my church group. There I ran into few circumstances where prayer was needed, so as i prayed about many things even things pretaining to the church, the spirit told me it was true and it comfort me. It was then i was glad to be a member of the church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church on sundays, praying every morning and night and reading the scriptures at least once a day. At church I learn more about what im reading in the scriptures and about God and the reasons for things as well. I am also a ward missionary. my responsibillity is to help misionaries befriend investigators, new members, and inactive members.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is your personal belief that what the holy spirit tells you is true, pretaining to scriptures, prayers, priesthood, priesthood authority, the atonement, or any doctrine in the church. To gain one for yourself is the only way to know if the church is true and once you have gained it becomes a responsibility to stregthen your testimony through attending church, prayer, scripture, and even service Show more Show less
