Hi I'm Janean

I grew up in the Philippines. A college student. I'm a Latter Day Saint

About Me

Before I used to be a melancholic type of person maybe because I'm the only one child in the family. My high school batch mates known me as a loner. I preferred to be alone than in a circle of group even in the Church i'm not that kind of talks too much of stuff because the first thing that I look in the person is how she/he acts and the way she/he speaks. Now, I'm changing and wanted to accept and love everyone whether that person offends you or hurt you in some other way. My hobbies and interest?? I like playing bowling, cards and lastly a gyaru ( adopting Japanese POP culture of Fashion .) I still have limitations and always reminded to keep the Church Standards at all times in all places. Currently I'm a college student studying BS majoring japanese language and studies.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Church ever since I was in primary. At my early age my parents told me that they're just my earthly parents. Every time I make decisions in my life I always think about if does Heavenly Father is happy for this or not. Choosing some wrong decisions I've made and learned with it.I'm glad that I'm a member of this true church though I feel really bad whenever I heard that there are groups of people making stories against the church.Though my testimony isn't that yet so strong, I love to serve the church by working with the missionaries and helping others.

How I live my faith

I'm working on the missionaries and a voluntary indexer at the Family History in our Stake.

What is the Word of Wisdom that Mormons talk about?

Janean
As what I have learned in the Church the Word of Wisdom is a law of health revealed by the God for our physical and spiritual benefit. The Lord tells us which food is good for our body to eat and which isn't good. If we follow these as one of the commandments of our Lord obediently He promises us to have spiritual and physical blessings. Show more Show less
