Hi I'm Jenna

I grew up in California. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to my best friend and we have three children. I love to read, study languages, play with my kids and go to the beach. I like to meet and get to know new people. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I love to travel and go on vacation with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this is the true gospel of Jesus Christ. The scriptures and the spirit have confirmed that to me. I love the concept of eternal families. I love that my marriage will not end when I die. I love that my children are mine forever. Family is such a huge part of me -- it would be a tragedy to not have them with me after this life. I love the strength that I get each day as I pray and try to be a better person. This gospel helps me to be a better parent, too, as I teach my kids how to be more Christ-like.

How I live my faith

My family is currently attending a Chinese Branch in our church. We love to learn about the chinese culture. I feel that my spiritual growth has increased significantly since we have been immersed in serving these wonderful people. Daily personal scripture study has changed my life. I read the scriptures with my children and they, too, are asking so many questions about God and all the things that He does for us. Being kind to others is a huge part of how I live my faith. Teaching my kids how to do the same is a daily struggle, but we seem to manage okay.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Jenna
