We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Start a chat or call us at 1-888-537-6600.

Hi I'm Kerri

I am a student and I love the outdoors. I am a future missionary and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student studying Environmental Science. I love plants and I want to be a landscape architect when I grow up. I love all things outdoors except bugs. Climbing, hiking, biking, running and anything on water are my favorite activities. When I'm with my family, I'm having fun. They are my favorite people in the world. I am getting ready to serve a full time mission, and I absolutely cannot wait!

Why I am a Mormon

I come from a long line of Mormon pioneers, you might say that is why I'm a Mormon. But I choose to be a Mormon because all my happiness comes from following Christ. I know He is my Savior and I strive everyday to be worthy of His mercy and grace. I'm a Mormon because I love everything about this gospel and know for myself that it is true.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith in everything I do. I participate in my local ward by fulfilling whatever duties I might have. I strive to be kind to all those around me and to set a good example for everyone. I am getting ready to serve a full time mission where I will be teaching the gospel to investigators of the church, and serving the people in the area I will be living in.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Kerri
As members of the church we donate 10% of our income to help build the kingdom of God. This is called tithing. All that we have comes from God, so by donating 10% we are showing God that we are willing to sacrifice for Him. When we do this, we are blessed beyond what we sacrifice, and others are blessed by the tithing that we pay. Show more Show less

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Kerri
When you invite the Mormon missionaries into your home they will share the good news that is the gospel! They will talk about our Savior Jesus Christ and His Atonement. They will teach about our Heavenly Father's perfect plan of happiness that allows us to return to Him. They will teach the gospel of Jesus Christ and how it can bring a greater joy to you than you have ever felt before. They will invite you to find out for yourself that the messages they share are true. You can do this by simply asking God through pray. Show more Show less
