Hi I'm Eileen

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I'm married and a mother of two wonderful children. I live in Texas, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico, with the traditions of various wonderful cultures, especially from Spain, where my ancestors came from. I have an educational background in Agriculture and Chemistry. After finishing College, I was offered a job with the U.S. Government and eventually, moved to Texas. After more than 20 years of service I decided to retire and start my own business. I'm a soap artisan full time now and I love it. I'm a mother of two wonderful children, I'm married to a hardworking, God serving man. I love to cook! I enjoy having the missionaries in my home. I have fun getting together with all of my friends and family. I love nature, and most important, I love my church.

Why I am a Mormon

The missionaries told me in my baptismal interview that I have been a Mormon all my life and that I didn't know it. I'm a Mormon because I love this church, the knowledge I have gained about the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the constant guidance we receive from our prophet and apostles. I know that the gospel is true. I have a deep testimony of the Book of Mormon. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and he stands at the head of this church!

How I live my faith

By trying to live the example of Jesus Christ.
