Hi I'm Melissa

I grew up in Draper ut. I found my calling in life as a Massage Therapist. I love it!!! And I am a Mormon

About Me

I love life!! I love to sing and dance and be in nature! I love my job and love to learn about anything to do with health. I just fulfilled a dream of mine and got to go Thailand and study Thai massage. I also got to ride an elephant, cuddle a baby Tiger and hold a monkey!! Amazing!! Something unique about me is I am an identical twin:)

Why I am a Mormon

All I have to say is when you have the Lord involved in your life everyday, truly you see miracles!! I love that, because of the knowledge that I know that I am truly a cherished daughter of our Heavenly Father, he loves and cares about my life and where I am going. When I am struggling or need help I know that he will help me. I know he wants my dreams to come true too and will help me succeed in my life here on this earth.

How I live my faith

I love to go to church each week to be with people my age and learn from them. I get to teach the women each month and talk about ways to pursue our goals and dreams and live happy lives.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

Melissa
LIfe is a gift that the LOrd has given me, so essentially my life really belongs to him. By giving 10% of my income to him is only a small thank you I can give back to him to help and bless others in need. The Lord says that if we give even a little to HIm, he will bless us one-hundred times more:) He truly has blessed me sooo much!! Show more Show less

Why are only some Mormons allowed into temples? Is there something secret going on in Mormon Temples? What goes on in Mormon Temples?

Melissa
The temples are not secret they are sacred. The promises that we make in the temples are for everyone, but should be taken with great reverence and willingness to keep those promises. In the temple we get to bind our families to us forever and that is a great blessing. It is a place where heaven and earth become one. Show more Show less
