Hi I'm Elizabeth

I love flowers, I love being outdoors. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old. I have a mom and a dad who I love dearly. My mom is a member of the church, and my father is not. I have an older sister, and a younger brother and younger sister. I attend a community college in my home town. I plan to further my education and would love to become an agriculture teacher with a minor in floral design and animal science.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know that God lives and loves me. I know that I have a Heavenly Father that sent his son Jesus Christ to perform the attonement. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith was chosen to restore the gospel here on the earth today. I have been a member of the church since I was eight years old. I have come to know the teachings and principles of the gospel and love everything about it. I am learning every day new teachings of the gospel and am so greatful for the church and the members in my life.

How I live my faith

I have a calling in my ward, I am a activity planner for the women in the single adult ward that I attend.

Why don’t Mormons have paid clergy?

We do not pay our bishops or any of our church leaders because we fufill our individual callings as acts of service. We are serving the Lord and His children therefore there is no need to recieve any money or praise for serving in the church. Show more Show less
