Hi I'm Michelle

I'm an Engineer and a Geologist, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an engineer currently working as a geologist in Florida. I am also a convert. I am married to my best friend, who I met through the church. I also have had 2 kidney transplants. My hobbies include bowling, knitting, and playing clarinet.

Why I am a Mormon

I consider myself a well educated person with multiple secondary degrees. When learning about the church, I found that everything I learned both made sense and felt right. I am proof that science and religion can co-exist. The truth is that the more you learn, the more you realize that you don't know. The universe is an amazing creation and it is that beauty that brought me to knowing that there is a higher creator and that the Plan of Salvation is real. While my faith has been tested through the trials of my health problems, I have a strong testimony of the gospel. I know that all things happen for a reason, and that through our trials we can become stronger. I know that Christ is our Savior and that we have a Father in Heaven who loves us.

How I live my faith

I enjoy family history and geneology work. One of my favorite calling was to teach others in doing what I have helped my mom to do for years. I also enjoy doing service for others and have been involved in the past with other organizations throughout the community.
