Hi I'm Larry

I was raised in Arizona, attended BYU Provo & Jerusalem, I enjoy music, surfing, I am a father of 3 and am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of two boys (20 & 18) and a girl of 9. My oldest boy is on a Mission in California and the other will be leaving on his mission in the next few month. I enjoy surfing, boating, golfing & listening to music. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 24 years and am a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Finance. I am an Area Vice President of Sales for a cloud based software company responsible for the South Central Region.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a 5th generation member of the church. My Great Great Gand Parents joined the church in Germany, Sweden, England & Norway. Many of them returned to their homeland to preach the gospel as missionaries. My Great Grandfather was a missionary in the Southeast Mission, my Grandfather in Long Beach, CA, my Father in the Northwest States Mission. I know most people will say that I am a Mormon because of my heritage and family history, but this could not be further from the truth. Yes, I was raised Mormon, but as all members of the church know, you eventually have to receive a personal witness of it being true or you don't last very long. Mine came while I was on a Mission for the church. After great reflection and trial an answer came that I can never deny. The Gospel is core to who I am and to how I treat others. It has blessed me with a beautiful family and the comfort to know that my Heavenly Father lives and cares and knows me individually. The blessing of having the Holy Ghost on a daily basis has been invaluable in guiding me on my path throughout my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by how I conduct myself both in public and in private. I work with the local missionaries in sharing the message of eternal happiness and salvation. I have opened our home to many activities and functions that are related to sharing the gospel with others. I served a mission for my church when I was 19 in Indiana.
