Hi I'm Brady

I'm a finance manager, husband, and father living in Atlanta, Georgia. My Christian faith has made me who I am.

About Me

My life is busy, but full of happiness. My family and I live in Atlanta, Georgia where I work as a finance/strategy manager for a large corporation. I enjoy my career, but it demands so much of my time. For me, the best part of each day is coming home to my beautiful wife and three little boys. I love being with my family and doing things with them. I love college basketball & football, the beach, and warm weather. My hope is that someday my boys will think of me as their hero.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a Mormon and from a young age the teachings of the church always made sense to me. As a teenager I found myself having to decide how much my faith really meant to me. I began serious study of the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other church teachings. As I immersed myself in the scriptures, I found a spirit of peace and an understanding of the purposes of life that I hadn't experienced before. I knew in my heart and in my mind that what I had read and been taught was true. Since that time, my beliefs and my faith have continually been challenged. At times being a Mormon means being different and unpopular. With each challenge, my faith grows stronger. Through my belief in Jesus Christ I have found true happiness. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for my sins and that this is His church. His teachings have given me answers to life's questions and have made me who I am.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by setting priorities. While my job demands so much of my time, the teachings of Jesus Christ have taught me that my family and my church activity need to come first. I spend time reading every day from the Bible and Book of Mormon and my family and I read from them each night. My family and I reserve Sundays for attending our church services and spending time together. We pray together as a family and I pray individually. I find strength to take on life's challenges through scripture study and prayer. Outside of our regular church services, I volunteer with the youth from our church and enjoy interacting with them.
