Hi I'm Jeremiah

I've lived all over the world. I'm a builder of people & buildings. I'm a proud husband & father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an Army Brat. I grew up moving all over the world and enjoyed every minute of it. The Church has always been there for me as I moved from place to place as a foundation to start from in making roots in every location. I attended college at Brigham Young University and now have a job that I love building hospitals. I have always loved sports, from golf and baseball, to basketball and football. My 5 kids love to play sports as well and I have had great times coaching them and having fun as they learn new things. My wife is an amazing person that has given me greater direction and focus in my life. She is extremly active and helps us as a family to always have goals and reach our true potential.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the teachings and values that I grew up learning became an integral part of who I am and who I want to be. I learned for myself at an early age that the doctrines and principles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints were true by asking my Heavenly Father through prayer and study. I love the Savior Jesus Christ and when I attend church or study the gospel at home, I find that I come to know Him more and my life has greater purpose. I have always been a goal oriented person and the idea of having unlimited potential is fascinating to me. I find that as I learn and grow, I can always learn and grow even more and that drives me to be better and follow the example of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by trying everyday to do the little things that will eventually become great. I love missionary work, the work of inviting others have the desire to come unto Jesus Christ, learn of His restored gospel and find out for themselves the truthfulness of it. It is amazing how teaching others about the simple doctrines of Faith, Repentance, Baptism and The Gift of the Holy Ghost helps me to increase my own faith, try a little harder to do better and rely upon the gifts that Heavenly Father has provided me to be successful in my own path back to live with Him with my family.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

It is my firm belief that if we want to know about the truthfullness of anything we must ask our Heavenly Father through prayer seeking to know with a sincere heart and a willingness to listen. I am grateful for the gift I have been given to choose for myself the course my life takes and with that the things I will and can believe in. That freedom to choose led me to seek for the confirmation of the truthfullness of teachings I had been brought up and raised on. My faith and belief in the goodness of a Heavenly Father who I knew would not lead me astray led me and guided me to have a desire to know for myself that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormonism) was indeed true. I put my trust in the Lord and went to my knees in prayer after a serious study of the the Book of Mormon and simply asked my Heavenly Father if the gospel I had been living as a child and as a young man was true. The feeling that I recieved of confidence and joy assured me that I had indeed been living the truth and that even greater joy and happiness would be available to me as I continued to live the teachings of Jesus Christ and keep the commandments. As a father of 4 beautiful kids and with a loving wife by my side, that confidence is strengthened more and more each day as I experience joy watching them grow and gain their own knowledge for themselves of Jesus Christ and His Gospel.
