Hi I'm Tiffany

I'm a park ranger who loves history and writes books . . . and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love history and have worked as a park ranger for the National Park Service at Abraham Lincoln's home in Springfield, Illinois. I have written a book about the history of Zion National Park. I also love baseball and am a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan. I have a master's degree in history and hope that I can always share history with the public. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband, our dogs, and our cat.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and my faith has always been an important part of my life. I have never been afraid to ask questions and search for answers, but my searching has always led me back to the doctrines of the Church. In a world filled with trouble and sadness, it is nice to have a sure foundation in a gospel that teaches happiness and a love for Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by just being a nice person. Honesty and kindness are very important attributes to me, and people know they can trust me. My friends know and respect that I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, and they know that Sunday is an especially important day of the week for me. I just try to be a good example in all that I do.
