Hi I'm Tiffany

I love fashion, baking, and blogging, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I were married on August 28, 2008. Scott is in real estate and I graduated with a BA in Communication. I enjoy baking, blogging, music, and exercise. I recently became a Homemaker when we welcomed our first baby boy!

Why I am a Mormon

I feel very blessed to have been born into a family who already had the gospel of Jesus Christ in their lives. There comes a time in everyone's lives when they must decide for themselves. For me it was not a single great event, but a small building of testimony through daily activities of trying to do what is right and taking time to develop my relationship with my Heavenly Father through prayer and scripture study. When I was in high school I read the Book of Mormon through for the very first time. When I was finished I prayed to know if it was true, but the answer had been given to me even before I finished reading. I knew that the words were true and that the book was written through inspiration from God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church on Sunday, reading my scriptures daily, and striving to find ways to serve others. I also recently got into family history.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

We believe that families can be together forever and that the marital bond goes beyond "til death do us part." This principle gives me great comfort and brings perspective to my daily life. We believe that if we live our lives with morality and honesty, we can enter The House of the Lord or the temple. It is here that we make sacred promises to our Heavenly Father and to our spouse and we are promised that if we are faithful, we will be with them forever. Knowing that my marriage will carry beyond this life helps me with the challenges of marital life and helps me to see my husband as I know God sees him.  Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

Before we came here, we lived in heaven with our Heavenly parents and Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father wanted to send us here to be tested so that we could become like Him. We came to Earth to choose good over evil and to prove ourselves to Heavenly Father. There are trials and lessons that we each learn in order to refine us so that we might be prepared to become as our Father in Heaven. Show more Show less
