Hi I'm Rozella

I'm a retired educator. I love the Lord and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the mother of four wounderful children, 13 beautiful grandchildren, and 2 adorable great grand babies. I am a retired high school educator. I love to spend time with my family & friends, paint with oils, write, and garden. I love people, I love the Lord, and I'm thrilled to be a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints embraces His teachings. I try to follow the Saviour's example each day. I know the Lord lives, loves us and answers our prayers. I am extremely grateful for the life and atoning sacrifice of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, which allows me to repent of my sins, and return to live with my Heavenly Father eternally.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being a good neighbor, loving my fellowmen, and being of service wherever I can. I try to be the kind of friend and neighbor I would want to have. I respect each person I meet, knowing that although we are all different, and may have different beliefs, and lifestyles, each of us is a son or daughter of our Heavenly Father. I have worked in the children’s program of the church, been an advisor for the young women, worked with the adult woman's charitable organization, and taught lessons in adult church classes. I try to give more than is expected.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

The Atonement of Jesus Christ was the sacrifice of a perfect man for the sins of all of God's children. It was necessary for Jesus Christ to save us from our sins because only through Him can we "less than perfect" mortals return to live with our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
