Hi I'm Rob

I am a Government Contractor. My beautiful bride and I have three girls. We are a happy family and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am working and enjoying my family. I am a Government Contractor. My wife and I have been married for about 7 years and are very much in love. She is my best friend.

Why I am a Mormon

Out of some need for self preservation and peace, I needed to know for myself where I could find true happiness. I thought I would give the Gospel of Jesus Christ a try since other so called sources of happiness did not produce any lasting effect that I had ever hoped to have. I read the Book of Mormon. I felt the power of the Holy Ghost come to my heart as I read the book. I prayed to my Father in Heaven and asked Him if the Book of Mormon was true. I received an answer from God that it was. That moment changed everything. I wanted to live a life of happiness and righteousness. I have been happy and blessed as I strive each day to make the gospel a part of my life. As I do all I can to be steadfast in the Gospel, I have gained more and more of an assurance of the truth I have learned. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is His Church. I know the priesthood authority to do the Lord's work has been restored to the earth. I have seen it work. I know my Heavenly Father. He answers my prayers and knows me personally. I know that my Family can be together Forever. My religion affects my whole life. It is who I am. Everything good in my life has come from the gospel. The lasting happiness that comes from it can be found nowhere else. This is my testimony and I declare it in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I hope that I will live the gospel and that it will be part of the everyday fabric of my life. Living the Gospel takes commitment and diligence. I do my best to keep the commandments, study my scriptures, and pray often. I go to church every week and do my best to keep the Sabbath day holy. I am doing my best as a husband and father. I also do my best with church callings and to serve those around me. In all my endeavors, I know if I do my part well, the Lord will make up for what I am lacking.
