Hi I'm Emily

I'm a Mormon. I am the Mother to two beautiful children and the wife to a motivated and wonderful husband.

About Me

I am a full-time Mom of two and counting. I served a full-time mission several years ago, came home, attended college, married my sweetie, graduated and then started on a family. I love being a Mom, and have found out that I am not as patient as I thought I was.

Why I am a Mormon

My Mother joined when she was 8 years old. My father joined right before I was born. My Mom was pregnant with me, the day they went through the Temple to be sealed along with my 2 older brothers. I have come to know through personal prayer and scripture study, and through life, that our Heavenly Father has a wonderful plan for each of us. It is different, it is unique, and it is shaped to fit me perfectly. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ is the one and only Church of Jesus Christ on this earth. I am a Mormon, because I know Heavenly Father loves me and has set up a Church to help us through this life, which is full of hardships and Blessings. He loves each of us so much, that he sent his Son, Jesus Christ to make it possible for us to return and live with him. His Son is my Savior, and my older Brother.

How I live my faith

I am a Wife, a Mother, a Teacher, a Friend, and a Daughter. I serve in the callings that I am given at Church. I try to be an example of kindness when I am out and about. I strive to raise children who will one day know who they are, where they came from, where they are going, and how to get there. I serve in the Relief Society as the Secretary. I love meeting the new Sisters that join our ward, and being able to supply them with the information that they need! I read the Scriptures daily, I pray daily, and I strive to open my Mouth as well to those around me. The Gospel has been restored, and is here for each and everyone of us. I teach my Children of it's validity by praying with them, and helping them learn how to speak to their Heavenly Father. So that, in turn, they can one day live the Gospel to the fullest and spread it to all of the world, through their example and life.
