Hi I'm Tanner

I am a college student. I am a future missionary in Guatemala. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Utah and have lived there my entire life. I am the oldest of 5 siblings. I love to write music, and I play the piano and the guitar. I was on my high school golf team, and also performed in the musicals during my high school career. Now I go to college. I work as a custodian from 5-8 in the morning! Just recently, I recieved my mission call to Guatemala Retalhuleu, and I am so excited.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. I have been a mormon my entire life. The reason I have continued to follow my belief is because of the happiness I see all around me. My parents are incredibly happy, my friends are happy, my neighbors are happy, and my leaders are happy. Seeing this happiness glow through their eyes is a witness to me that this church is true. It amazes me the blessings that you can recieve from living the gospel. I am a witness in my life that when I live righteously I am happier, and full of joy. I know that this is becuase my Savior, Jesus Christ, died for me. He performed his atonement so that when I make a mistake, I can go to him. He is my redeemer, and has saved me. The only thing I am able to give him is my will and faith, and that is why I am who I am. Because of my love for the Savior.

How I live my faith

I contribute to the church, by playing the piano in my ward choir. I help organize the ward prayer meeting every sunday night in my college ward. I am a home teacher, and try every day to set an example of what I believe.
