Hi I'm Andrew Stephens

I love BYU Basketball, Chocolate Milk, Arby's, Cows, and candy canes. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a full time mission in New Hampshire. I love playing sports, especially basketball. I have a pet dog named Smokey. I am studying to become a large animal Veterinarian. I love doing out door projects.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church but for me being mormon is more than a church that I attend each week. Rather it is a way of life. When I was a young kid I read a promise that the Book of Mormon another testament of Jesus Christ gives at the end of the book. If we read, think about, and pray to know if the Book of Mormon is true we can get an answer to our prayer from God confirming the validaty of the Book of Mormon. I tested this promise out and I know by the power of the Holy Ghost that it is true. The Holy Ghost answered my prayer by the feeling that I got in my heart. It is hard to explain but I do know that the Book of Mormon is true and by knowing this I know that the Church of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth today in its fullest.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by sharing what I know is true with others as a full time missionary. I also live my faith by seeking to offer simple service to others. When I can brighten someones day, make someone smile or laugh, or if I can support someone who is going through a rough time, to me that is living my faith.

What is the Mormon lifestyle like? How do Mormons live?

Andrew Stephens
Imagine someone who is trying to do the best that they can. Someone who makes mistakes, cries, and may even complain. Imagine someone who laughs a lot, smiles, and really enjoys life. Someone who is willing to help those in need or say hi to a stranger on the street. Someone who trusts in God and communicates to Him through humble prayer. Someone who loves their family and wants the best for them. Imagine someone who has purpose and direction in life. Someone with high morals and values. What kind of person are you picturing? A regular caring person? Exactly. That is what a Mormon is. Show more Show less
