Hi I'm Daniel Peterson

I'm a Mormon Missionary.

About Me

I'm 19 years old and I love outdoor high adventure sports, which ranges from rock climbing to skydiving and anything in between. I have recently been introduced to the thrill of triathlons, though I can't quite say that I necessarily like to run. I have not yet decided on a career, however I do love the medical field and I worked as a Hospice CNA where I made many friends, in addition to working as a volunteer firefighter. Currently I am serving a two year mission in Georgia and when I return I plan on a career in the Air Force as a PJ

Why I am a Mormon

I have no profound reason for my faith. I am Mormon simply because I have read and prayed about the Book of Mormon, which testifies of Christ. I know it to be true. I know it to be the word of God and I testify of its divinity and healing power. I am Mormon because I know of the overwhelming love our savior has for each of us. I am a witness of that unearthly power and I testify of its reality. I have indeed felt it. The savior guides and directs this church, in a very personal and very intimate way. I am mormon because I truly love this gosple and I know that the doctrines taught within this church are true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith as a missionary for this church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a missionary I volunteered to leave my family, career and school for two years in order to share this message of hope. I love teaching others what has become the most important thing in my life. I spend every single day of the week finding people that will let me teach them of the blessings the gospel will bring into their lives as I have seen enter mine. I live my faith everyday as a minister for it.
