Hi I'm Sara Robinson

I grew up in the US. I am a Student, a Sister and a Friend. I love Theatre. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a college student. I am a sister and a best friend. I enjoy singing and acting, reading, sports, outdoor activities, and cooking. I am studying Theatre. I am a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member since birth and all though I have had my struggles with the Church I know it to be the only true Church on the face of the earth. I am very grateful for temples and the blessings we receive from them. Also, I am thankful for my mother who joined the church when she was 14. I have found out that I am a lot happier with the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. I am forever grateful to Jesus Christ and all that He has done for me. I am thankful for families and for the knowledge that I have to know that Families are Forever. I am grateful for the chance to be a full-time missionary for the Church and to spread His word to the people He has prepared to hear it. I know that this is the next step I am to take in my life, and that not only will I be blessed for it, but those I teach will also be blessed. My family, both now and in the future when I start my own, will be blessed by the love that Our Savior has for His Servants. I am a Mormon, to show others that you can be a faithful member of the gospel of Jesus Christ and do what you love without lowering your standards.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being Christ like. I try and serve those around me as much as possible, and I put others before myself. I volunteer for service as much as I can because I love the feeling you get from serving others and because it helps strengthen me and my testimony in the Lord Jesus Christ. Doing what I love, Theatre, and making sure I don't give up my standards for anything. Going to a school that has high standards, that helps me live my religion, and that will help me achieve my dreams.

What are some things that tell you there is a God?

Sara Robinson
There are many things that tell me there is a God. Just to list a few: The sunshine breaking through the clouds, a warm breeze through the trees, children's laughter, a smile from a stranger when you are having a rough day, the cry of a new born babe. These are things that tell me there is a God and that he cares about me when someone smiles at me or says hello. The sweet cry of a wee babe who is just starting his/her life. The sunshine proclaiming that it is never fully hidden. The sunrise and sunsets telling my that I have made it through another day. God is an Amazing person, and seeing all the miracles that He performs everyday. Psalms 19:1 says: "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork" wither it be the sun or the moon and stars, they all shout out that there is a God. When I take in a deep breath in the morning, I know that I have been blessed to see another day and the I have a work and a purpose in this life. I am so glad to know that there is a God and that He loves and knows each and every one of us. He gave us a wonderful place called Earth to come and live on. I am reminded of a song that I learned as I was growing up in the church, it goes: Whenever I hear the song of a bird or look at the blue, blue sky. Whenever I feel the rain on my face or the wind as it rushes by. Whenever I touch a velvet rose or walk by our lilac tree, I'm glad that I live in this beautiful world!
