Hi I'm Scott Webb

Married, father of 5 daughters, mathematician, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am the middle child of 7 children and I have 5 brothers and 1 sister. I was born and raised in an LDS home in both California and Utah. I served a 2 year mission in Spain, after which I attended the University of Utah and earned a Bachelors degree in Mathematics. I met and married a wonderful woman from Hyde Park, Utah while attending the University and together we have 5 daughters.

Why I am a Mormon

I have read and studied the Book of Mormon several times and I've felt the comfort and peace of the Holy Ghost as I read it. I've also enjoyed serving in the church and found great joy in helping others feel the Spirit of the Lord and come closer to Jesus Christ. I love to listen to the Prophets and Apostles through church publications, conference, and other broadcasts or writings. Those teachings have inspired me to strive to be a better person, father, husband, neighbor, and friend.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a Sunday School Teacher and a Stake Assistant Clerk. I live my faith by attending Church each week and find that as I prepare myself for each Sunday, I'm blessed with insight to help me in my life. I pray each day, sometimes several times each day. I love to visit with my Father in Heaven and express my feelings of gratitude to Him.
