Hi I'm Kelsey

I am a student, a daughter, and an ASL Major. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in New Mexico and have lived in California, and Virginia. I enjoy spending time with my family and being the favorite aunt to my nephews. I love exploring and seeing new sights. I am a 20 year old college student studying American Sign Language. I love animals, going on picnics, and watching for shooting stars. I enjoy Ballroom dancing along with baking yummy treats and trying to figure out how to sew. I am a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I believe. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ, it has brought so many blessings into my life. I love having the knowledge that if I keep the commandments I will be able to continue to be with my family after this life, its amazing to have a sure knowledge that there is more to this life then just death. I love being able to use the atonement to help me become a better person, and I love how much I am able to learn through studying the scriptures and going to church. It is a great comfort to me to know that when I pray my Father in Heaven is listening to me and that I will receive and answer to my prayers when I am ready for them. I am a Mormon simply because I believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is here on this earth and that it is True.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being true to myself, and by being true to myself I remain true to my faith. I try to live by the standards given to me by my parents and my church leaders. I am an active member of my branch and I work hard to do the callings that I am given. I try to keep the relationship that I have with my Heavenly Father strong by saying my prayers and reading the scriptures. I am not ashamed of being a member of the church and try to wear it as proudly as what I can when and where ever I can. I try to answer the questions I am asked to the best of my ability, being able to answer these questions always helps my testimony to grow.
