Hi I'm Tony Aguilar

I think of myself of as an average person, then I remember that I am LITERALLY(Chris Traeger's Voice) a Son of God.

About Me

I grew up in a broken home raised by my loving mother. Even though I grew up differently then other people, I wouldn't change it for anything. I was surrounded by caring Grandparents, Aunt's, Uncles, cousin's and brothers. One of the things my mother has taught me over the years is kindness towards others. She has always been willing to share with someone in need even though we had very little. That is why I am continuing my education in Marriage and Family Therapy, trying to help out one individual and family at a time. I enjoy playing all sports, baseball, softball, basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, skateboarding and snowboarding. I've been skydiving, bungee jumping and jumped off the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. The best decision I've made in this lifetime was to open up my door that faithful day to two young men preaching of the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ and invited them in and listened by the Spirit of God that is in all of us.

Why I am a Mormon

I get asked this question all the time, and I'll just start out by saying, "it's not because it's the popular or cool thing to do." I'm Mormon because it's true. Read to Book of Mormon, pray to our Heavenly Father and ask in the name of our Savior Jesus Christ if it is true.

How I live my faith

I am not perfect by any means. I have faults and have had many experiences that life throws at us like everyone else. I fee that I live my faith when get knocked down (or mess up/make mistakes) and dust myself off(use the Atonement of Jesus Christ) and try again. It's easy to stay down after you've stumbled and fallen. It's way more difficult to try again! You have to recognize (never easy) what you've done, and figure out how to move forward and become a better person, to become more Christ-like.
