Hi I'm William Jeffers

I'm a Mormon after my 10,000 mile journey of discovery.

About Me

Graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry almost with a second major in Applied Computer Mathematics. Inactive Army Combet Engineer Step-Father and Grandfather to 2 sons and a daughter with 7 grandchilddren: 4 girls and 3 boys Enjoy particapting in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) an Interdenominational Bible Study And yes I am still a Morman

Why I am a Mormon

I have always believed in God, the Eternal Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost. I know that all must be accountable for their actions including their sins. I know that through the Atonement of Christ, all may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel. I know that the principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost. I know that a man must be called of God, by prophecy, and by the laying on of hands by those who are in authority, to preach the Gospel and administer in the ordinances thereof. I kow the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated ccorrectly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God. I believe all that God has revealed, all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. I claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of my cconscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them dworship how, where, or what they may. I am subject to a president, governor, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law. I believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to gendure all things. If there is anything hvirtuous, ilovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

How I live my faith

I live daily trying trying to be follow Christ example and by that testify of the Atonement of Christ. This is what my friends, neighbors and partners in BSF see always.
