Hi I'm Alicia

I'm a Mormon. Because I love the people and the teaching are so clear to me and the closeness of the church community.

About Me

I am a Mom and grandma of 6. I have 3 daughters. All my 3 children grew up in the church. I am a convert and glad that I became a member of this church. Love to cook, bake, sew and craft. Run a coat drive to help the needy. I am currently employed as a Quality Admin. I enjoyed doing services to neighbors and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon because I love the teachings of the church which has enligthened my curiosity from my old belief. I was a Roman Catholic by birth in which traditionally I was taught just to follow whatever my parents told me to do so but I didn't quite understand what I am following for until I found this church that the missionaries got hold of me and explained things to me clearly. They give me a book of mormon to study and prayed with faith if this church is really true and my prayers were answered and here I am still a member for almost 40 years. I encourage you if you are interested to seek a book of mormon from a missionary or go to the website which is free and read about it with faith and a blessing will come upon you and your life will be turn around. I was a single parent with three children coming to this country I don't have a family. My family was the Mormon members who supported me and help me through my trials and tribulation. I never recented to become a member because I was always convinced that this is a true church that I need to belong and I love it.

How I live my faith

My faith is my anchor everyday. Without your faith you have nothing because it builds your confidence and if you pray about it daily your life is so much better. I love going to church every Sunday to be with my fellow members to join in faith to celebrate and remember our maker. I never doubt my faith it make you strong into your belief and in your daily dealings at work you are well respected with your friends because you have that inside of you that you have to be a good example and for me my faith is what makes me a good person and even more.
