Hi I'm Emma Koepsell

I graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho. I'm an artist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I married my best friend for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. We are both artists; he's the photographer and I am the art teacher. We both attended and graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho.We strive to see the Lord's hand in our lives everyday. As a family, we love to make every moment an adventure and to collect post cards from all our travels. My one big adventure (so far!) has been to travel to Europe and visit various countries. I joined a Humanities group with BYU-I in 2013. It is our goal as a family to go back! As I said, I am a teacher. I love to teach art and see how students (young and old) can embrace their inner desire and ability to create. I also love teaching the gospel and am currently a Relief Society instructor. It is a lifetime goal of mine to emulate the Master Teacher. I have two sisters and come from goodly parents. I am fascinated by how technology makes miles disappear and we can communicate with each other wherever we are!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in my Heavenly Father and His plan of happiness for His children. I am a Mormon because I desire that happiness, and know that it can be obtained by accepting the Savior's Atonement. I am a Mormon because I love my husband and know that as we keep the commandments and honor our covenants we will "prosper in the land" and return to our Father one day. I am a Mormon because the Spirit has testified to me of the truthfulness of the gospel.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is a constant effort; a conscious effort. I do have a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is in and through all I see and do. It can be scary to open your mouth to strangers, or even friends, and share this valuable part of your life. However, I know that actions can speak for themselves. I strive to be an example of the Savior. I work to live as He would and walk with Him everyday.
