Hi I'm Justin

I believe in Christ, I guess that would make me a Christian

About Me

I really love doing things, but not the same thing twice. That's the rule. I have a normal sized Mormon family of six kids and two parents. I enjoy playing all different type of sports, I feel like I pick up things easily but I'm not too great at mastering them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and was raised Mormon by my parents but each of us at some point in our lives become acountable for our own decisions and have to make choices about who you are. Throughout my life I've wandered many different ways and have always been searching for something. I remember what it was, it was a feeling that I was looking for. That feeling really can't be explained by science or weird theories. It can be explained through religion though. I know the feeling I got was the Holy Ghost giving me direction in my life. Through this feeling I got a confirmation about the Book of Mormon and about living Prophets. I KNOW that what I am doing is the path that has been lined out for me. That's why I've stayed Mormon.

How I live my faith

Currently I am serving as a full time missionary in the Atlanta Georgia Mission and Loving it! The thing it comes down to though for me is what I do when no one is watching me. The biggest thing about my faith is I know that I will be held accountable to God for what I do, He is always watching me. Not only that he knows the desires of my heart. In consequence the way I act, My personality, the way I treat others! All goes back to my faith. I know that God watches me and I want to make him proud. Hopefully the things I do most of the time makes Him proud.

What is the priesthood?

Justin
Just the Authority to act in God's name. When Jesus Christ was on the earth he used that authority to do miraculous things! It's the authority to do saving ordinaces such as baptism. I believe this authority to be key to a church. A church ran by God's authority tends to be His church. No? Show more Show less
