Hi I'm Nathan

I live in England, I'm a Red Head, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im the second and the last of the children in my family. I have an older sister and a mum and dad and we are all active in the church. When i was back home i loved to hang out with my friends both Mormon and non-Mormon. Being from England you would probably think that i like Football/Soccer but i dont. Only when England plays...of course. I have to support my home Country. But no...i love American football. My team is Philadelphia Eagles. I love my music and my films. The music im into is all genres my least though is Classic. Films... I like my Comedies and the odd action movie. When i was at school i loved to do Drama. Thats all i wanted to do. Then moved on to write screenplays for fun.   Im a lively energentic guy and always willing to have a laugh and talk about nearly anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church but i too had find out if it was true. For years i went off what my parents told me. But i had to find out for myself. This might be a schock to most because Missionaires and The Book of Mormon says that we need to pray to know if all is true. Well in fact i never did that till i was on my mission. I did doubt the church and thought was it true at the same time, and said to myself did Joseph Smith really see God the Father and Jesus Christ. And everytime i thought of that something would say to me "You know it is true." By reading the Book of Mormon it has made me stay to the Church as well. It really does tell the truth of Christ and does work with the Bible. This is not an add on to the Bible. As it says on the front of it..."Another Testiment of Jesus Christ." This book truely is scripture and is the word of God. and i know that to be true. I have also seen the real world with hanging out with my friends and as much as that is fun and have such a great time. But i always think to myself, "could i really live like this?" i have come to know that it is fun but that fun will not last forever. something will always hold me back from that true happiness. And that true happiness i have found from this wonderful church who gives you the freedom. That true happiness is amazing and i know i will never have that happiness removed from me as long as i live and stay true to the word and commandments of God our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

As a Mormon I live my faith by doing the best I can as I live my life. I am currently in my Ward a Sunday School teacher and help the other members strengthen their faith and testimony in the church. It's amazing to see them grow and learn more and re-learn what they already know. Same with me as I can put my knowledge to them. I am currently unemployed, but when I do get a job and can have the opportunity to meet new people hopefully i will be able to share with everyone who I am and what i believe and be an example to those I meet and work with.
