Hi I'm Martin

When God solves your problems you have faith in His abilities; when God DOESN'T solve your problems He has faith in YOUR abilities

About Me

I love life & I try to live it to the fullest, of course with no negative influences like alcohol & drugs. I make my own fun & my own happiness with no need to depend on a substance to do so. I like to eat all sorts of new foods, I love cultures & meeting people from around the world, I really like to stay fit through exercise & by following a healthy diet, I love education & I like to be informed so I enjoy reading all sorts of books, God is everything to me, so I am constantly praying & asking for His guidance in every important decision I make. If you want to know more about me just ask, I'm a very open fella!

Why I am a Mormon

I started going to church when I was about four years old, I got baptized at eight years old, & after almost 20 years of attending church & having several callings I couldn't be happier! The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the core foundation of my life. It is not just a religion for me by going to church on Sundays & praying every now & then. It is a constant blessing-filled lifestyle that changes my perspective into optimal thinking to achieve a greater spiritual well-being. Even when I'm having the worst day ever, even when I fail to see the light at the end of the tunnel, the Gospel of Jesus Christ allows me to have hope, even when it feels as though all hope is lost. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has allowed the windows of heaven to be opened up unto my family & me in order to receive God's rich blessings. I invite everyone to be able to feel how I feel about the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

How I live my faith

I love to go out with my friends & have a good time, & I like to be an example to those that do not belong to my church by NOT drinking alcohol, by not smoking, & by not participating in activities that would deprive me of spiritual blessings. All my friends know I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, & I don't say curse words, & it feels great! In my church we have callings, also known as responsibilities, & I faithfully fulfill them. They may be anything from teaching the teenage boys how to pitch a tent, how to find their way in the wild with a compass, how to start a fire, how to properly cook meat so nobody gets sick, to teaching small children how to pray, how to play new games & reading them stories out of the scriptures. I have also had the awesome responsibility to plan out activities & fun events for the whole family with a budget & a plan for everyone to have fun!
