Hi I'm Mike

I'm a runner, and I love anything out doors.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in northern Utah. I'm the youngest of five brothers and one sister. You can find me hunting, camping, trying to stay out of trouble, running track for a collage, and dating.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know the church is true. I found out that the church was true by my parents teaching me, my sister and brothers’ examples, studding the scriptures, and from praying. There are three basic things I base my testimony on 1. I know God is our heavenly father; he knows and cares about me. 2. I know the book of Mormon is true (I read it, prayed about it, and got my answer) 3. I know that the priesthood has been restored (I’ve seen and felt that power) 4. I know that the meaning of temples has been restored along with the blessing from them.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to share it with others. The Gospel has been something that I know has blessed me and my family that I grew up in.

What is the priesthood?

The Priesthood is "the authority to act in God’s name". To do things such as baptisms, give the gift of the Holy Ghost, and to conduct church meetings you need the priesthood. I know the priesthood has been restored. The most spiritual experiences on my mission have been when someone has been baptized with that authority. Show more Show less
