Hi I'm Mindy Sagers

I love playing sports, running, outdoor activities, and most importantly being a wife and mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 25 years old, I have been married for 4 years. I have a dinosaur-loving, bug-squishing, 2 year old boy, and a new sweet little baby girl, both which brings me more joy then I could have ever imagined. I grew up in a family of 12 children and hope to someday have a large family myself. I ran track at BYU, competing in the hurdles, long jump and heptathlon. I love sports, water skiing/boating, movies, and just spending time with my amazing husband.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints so I grew up being taught the doctrine but I knew I needed to find out for myself whether or not it was the true church. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed to my Heavenly Father and knew with surety that it truly was Heavenly Fathers church here on the earth. Since then it has been reaffirmed to me over and over through the spirit and answered prayers. All the doctrines and principles this gospel teaches make sense to me, they make me happy, they give my life meaning, and they make me want to be a better person.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example to others. I think that is one of the best ways Jesus Christ taught others when he was on this earth and I want to emulate Him in my life.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Mindy Sagers
A testimony is a knowledge brought to us by the Holy Ghost when we seek certain truths. It is by our testimony that we come to know Jesus is the Christ and this is the true gospel. Show more Show less
