Hi I'm Nicholas

I'm a missionary, The church is true, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Nicholas I was born in California and lived there for about 11 years. After that period of time my family moved to the great state of Arizona! We have lived there since and it has been the best place to live ever! I Joined the church right after I graduated high school and it was the best decision that I had made thus far. The way that life seems is way different from before I joined the church. So after not living in CA for almost a decade, I was called to serve a two year mission in this wonderful state! I am serving in the California, Arcadia Mission and it is awesome. It is a great learning experience.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church on June 6, 2010 when I was baptized by my best friend. It was one of the single most amazing choices that I have made in my life. I was brought to the Visitor's Center at the Temple, and my friend had taken me to see a movie about Joseph Smith. After I saw that movie, I immediately wanted to start talking to missionaries. After my mother had found out that I was taking the lessons she was taking it very hard. But my whole family is now understanding that this is what I believe. I know this church is true, and I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. I am grateful for Christ's atonement, and I am grateful for God so loving the world, he gave his only begotten son.

How I live my faith

Faith at this time in my life is a very interesting word. The awesome thing about faith is that it requires you to act. "Faith without works is dead." So with that I know that everything that revolves around the church starts with one action. Then a chain reaction starts which starts to swell within yme to tell you that everything about what I am doing and believing is good and is true. Not everything makes sense to me. All I know is that God the Father loves us all and I want to live like his son Jesus Christ. Having my life centered around Jesus Christ has changed my life for the better, and without it, to tell you the truth, I would not know where I would be without it today. So with not knowing comes a lot of studing an fervent prayer. By praying and having faith in the savior and his atonement, I know that I can return to my father in heaven one day.
