Hi I'm Adam

I grew up in a military family. I write computer programs. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently work as a software developer. Not long ago I graduated from college with a degree in computer science. Soon I'm hoping to apply to graduate school as well. Before my current job I worked as a manager at a movie theater for many years. I had a lot of fun doing that, especially when people were excited for big summer and holiday movies! I've always enjoyed playing basketball (played as a power forward in high school). I also enjoy exercising, and having fun with my friends.

Why I am a Mormon

My father and mother are both members of the Church, so I grew up going to Church. During my teenage years I stopped going. I started looking in other places and trying different things to find happiness. After eight years, of mostly sadness and pain, I decided to try going to Church again. When I did, I was immediately blessed in my life. And I was blessed in such a way that I knew the blessing was from God and that He was pleased with my decision to return to His Church. As I began to keep more of His commandments I saw more blessings in my life. I gained peace and was truly happy for the first time in a long time. I know that God lives, that this is His Church, and that He knows and loves me. He knows and loves you too.

How I live my faith

I do my best to encourage members of the Church to share the Gospel of Christ with their friends. I also do my best to share God's love with others. I assist people who need help moving, or who are going through a difficult time in life. I give people rides to and from Church. I also enjoy helping full time missionaries teach people who want to learn more about the Gospel.
