Hi I'm Wayne

I'm a Mormon. I'm self-employed and have a great family . We enjoy living in Idaho.

About Me

I'm originally from the State of Washington. During the 80's I lived mostly in Utah. Now I've lived in Idaho for more than 20 years. I started my own business here several years ago so I can take Sundays off. I also enjoy attending Church regularly with my family. AND it's nice to be able to attend family reunions and other important events. My hobbies are coin collecting, astronomy, gardening and singing. I enjoy investing and making what I call "Fun Page" papers for family for their birthdays. Lately, I have enjoyed reading and researching Church history.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe God has blessed me with membership in His Church. I particularly am grateful for the words of a living prophet to help guide me to my personal salvation. The scriptures are a great resource in my development of faith in my Savior. The Church gives me opportunities to serve him and my fellow man. I gain hope and faith through knowing God loves me enough to bless me with these things. I know through the Spirit that the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith is the Lord's true prophet in restoring the gospel as in the primitive Church where Jesus himself led the work.

How I live my faith

I attend Church regularly with my family and encourage others to study the scriptures and learn of the Savior. Prayer is what I work on regularly to ask for inspiration to guide me in my life, and to help me recognize the blessings from God.

What is the Relief Society?

Wayne
I found that if you search online for history of Relief Society, there is some really good information. It's mainly about women who want to serve and help make a difference for good. I'm impressed when women are humble enough to join a group like this and genuinely put forth effort regularly to show concern and willingness to help those in their community. This is true Christianity.......to become like Jesus. Show more Show less
