Hi I'm Morgan

I'm a Mormon Missionary

About Me

I am 20 years old, almost 21. I love to sing, play piano, run, read books, and ride my bike. I prepared myself at an earlier age to leave my home for 2 years to be an LDS Missionary, I currently serve in the México Villahermosa Mission, which is all of Tabasco and parts of Veracruz, Chiapas, Campeche, and a tiny part of Oaxaca. I have gotten to know a lot of places here and it has been the best and most challenging experience of my life. I have particularly gotten to know a city called Coatzacoalcos in the state of Veracruz in which I have served most of my mission. As a Missionary, I preach the gospel with my companion to all the people we meet and we try to help all to come to the Lord Jesus Christ by faith, and repentance, and baptism in His name. I love the Gospel and it has brought countless blessings to my family and my personal life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in a devout mormon family. My parents and some of my brothers and sisters have been missionaries before my time and I am grateful for their examples of faith and courage. I have gone to church basically every sunday since I can remember. I know, apart from any influence from my siblings or parents, that this Church is the true Church of God, and the the Book of Mormon is His word. I asked in humble prayer that he would tell me the truth and in that prayer I felt the most powerful sensation of peace, and harmony that I know was the Spirit of God giving me answer to that prayer. I promised from that moment to always follow the Plan that our Heavenly Father has for me. I love the Book of Mormon and I've been able to see who Christ is by reading it often.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be more like our Saviour Jesus Christ in all that I do. He is my example as I treat people equally and fairly and try not to offend or hurt anyone with what I do or say. I strive to serve Him and His children while being a happy example of the love that our Savior has for us. We must believe that He is, and that he loves. I try to remember the example that Christ puts for us, and be like Him when I interact with others.
